In the first game the ferocity of the MH tackling left both Syston teams shell shocked. Syston fielded several tall players but this did not intimidate the MH sides with the Destroyers & Warriors recording 6 - 1 & 7 - 1 victories respectively.

Syston regrouped a little in the second game but this did not stop Destroyers winning 8 - 1 & Warriors winning 5 - 3.

Both MH sides played as a unit, displaying high levels of teamship & commitment. They enjoyed an expansive style of rugby backed up with strong defence which culminated in game 3 victories for the Destoyers 5 - 2 & Warriors 7 - 1.

The final game saw the fielding of a Destoryers / Warriors Barbarians side. This side gave a performance rivaling any this season including a try that was a result of the ball being passed down the line back & forth twice. At the final whistle MH were triumphant 6 - 1.

Credit must be go to all players - the MH Destroyers: Josh , Lewis , Ciaran , Finn , Jonny , Jack, and Matthew & MH Warriors: Alex , Rowan, Callum, Joe , Ben, Henry, Sam and, Jake .

A particular acknowledgement goes to Jake who offered his services to Syston for a couple of games
