The first game against Stewart and Lloyds proved very difficult. The Hares were struggling with a post Xmas hangover. The opposition were fast, well drilled, and extremely committed which led to a defeat.
However, the team didn't led their heads go down and their second match against Leicester Forest was much closer fought. The attack was strong, led by Zack, Harvey and Matthew, with good support runs by Jake, Chris, Jack and James. The defence was committed with Henry, Ben and Ethan tackling well. Try's by Jake, who was always looking for space on the wing, and Zack meant that the match was close at half time. Too many knock ons in the second half meant that the result was a 4 : 8 defeat. Well done to all for keeping going on a cold and difficult morning.
