This game showed strong passages of play both in attack and defence. With Hares commanding the game from the outset and everyone playing their part in a solid team performance. Oundle struggled to cope with the pressure and Harborough kept their line from being breached at all.

A different sort of game followed to end an enjoyable morning with skills demonstrated by both sides. Initially an try was proving hard to achieve but just before half time Harborough crossed the whitewash finally. The second half was more open and the game ended 3-3.
