To help maintain that standard we have arranged for the RFU to deliver a session called Active Bystander Training at the club on Monday 20th January from 7:00 to 8:30 pm. The session is free and open to all players and especially supporters of all the clubs teams and the bar will be open as well.
In terms of the session itself, it lasts 1.5 hours and is a very interactive session, designed to equip attendees with tools to challenge inappropriate behaviour.
The session itself covers 3 sections:
1. What is inappropriate
2. Why we each have a role to play
3. Tools for challenging
